Summary
This position is responsible for the functions of Housing Administration, Finance and Human Resources (HR). Duties include providing administrative oversite of property management by directing the day-to-day operations and performance of all Gaffney Housing Authority properties. Manages the financial accounting of the agency. The incumbent also provides administrative and technical HR management as well as coordination of employee benefits. PEBA benefits administration is desired.
All activities must support the Gaffney Housing Authority's mission, strategic goals, and objectives.
Minimum Education and/or Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, finance, or related field and at least three (3) years of executive experience. A minimum of one (1) year of experience providing human resources support is preferred.
