This Request for Proposal aims to secure the services of a qualified contractor to install a video surveillance system, cameras, central monitoring and recording system, and required related equipment at our Limestone Courts and Granard Courts properties owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Gaffney, referred to as Gaffney Housing Authority (GHA), located in the City of Gaffney, South Carolina.
